The rules of the mine

1. Who works this mine

These terms govern your use of gemhollowmine.com ("Gem Hollow Mine", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of gemhollowmine.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Who may go down the shaft

Only people aged 19 or over may use Gem Hollow Mine. By using it, you are confirming that you are 19 or over.

3. About virtual coins

• Every game uses virtual coins that we supply for free.
• Coins hold no monetary value; they are not money, credit or property.
• No in-app purchases exist, and coins cannot be bought, sold, withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for money, goods, services or prizes.
• No prize with real-world value is offered.
• We may re-cut or reset coins, levels and features at any time.

4. No real-money gambling in any tunnel

Gem Hollow Mine runs no real-money gambling, advertises none, and has no links to gambling operators.

5. Your lamp-tag account

• You need a free account for the two worlds after the open one. Only one account per person, and it must not be shared.
• Do not tell anyone your password. Let us know immediately if another person has used your account.
• Your account can be deleted from your account page whenever you wish. It happens immediately and cannot be reversed.
• We may suspend an account if it is used to disrupt the site, or if we think its holder is under 19.
• Coins, levels and missions hang on the account’s lamp tag, never become your property, and may be reset.

6. Working the seams fairly

You must not try to disrupt the site, use automated tools on it, offer coins for trade, or let anyone under 19 use it.

7. When the cage runs, and our liability

The site comes ‘as is’. Any part of it may be changed or withdrawn by us. A malfunction voids all plays and pays. These terms do not limit any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and your statutory rights remain unaffected.

8. The law the mine works under

These terms are subject to the laws of the Province of Ontario and to the federal laws of Canada that apply in it.
